The Mussar Institute
Under the direction of Alan Morinis, the Mussar Institute exists to provide people with ideas and practical tools deriving from the Mussar tradition in Judaism that will help, guide and motivate them to develop and improve the qualities of their inner lives, in fulfillment of the potential of their souls as well as for the benefit of the world.

Social Justice— "Justice, justice shall you pursue." (Deuteronomy 16:20)

Hazon
Hazon's mission is to create and support a range of programs, especially (though not exclusively) focused on Jewish outdoor and environmental education, in order to bring joy and meaning to people's lives and thus to foster new vision in the Jewish community and the world beyond. Hazon's mission is rooted in the belief that outdoor and environmental education are vital and significantly under-utilized resources in Jewish life.

Jews for Racial and Economic Justice
The mission of JFREJ is to pursue racial and economic justice in New York City by advancing systemic changes that result in concrete improvements in peoples daily lives. We engage individual Jews, key Jewish institutions, and key Jewish community leaders in the fight for racial and economic justice in partnership with people of color, low-income and immigrant communities.

Mazon: A Jewish Response to Hunger
Mazon allocates donations from the Jewish community to prevent and alleviate hunger among people of all faiths and backgrounds.

Medecins Sans Frontieres / Doctors without Borders
Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an independent international medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural or man-made disasters, or exclusion from health care in more than 70 countries.

Save Darfur
More than 2.5 million people have already been driven from their homes in Darfur, Sudan. The refugees now face starvation, disease, and rape, while those who remain in Darfur risk displacement, torture, and murder. We must act quickly and decisively to end this genocide before hundreds of thousands more people are killed.
